History

The company has its roots back in the early fifties. That is when Jack Midhage started the business with producing TC-tipped sawblades.
Diamond tools were introduced in the program 1986 and have since then increased to be the main business for the company.

In 1991 Peter Logan and Morgan Midhage became part owners and in 1998 an associate company for the manufacturing of diamond tools was established in Gothenburg. Jack Midhage Diamond Production AB is managed by Peter Pettersson who also, together with Peter Logan and Morgan Midhage, today own 100% of the company group.

The founder, Jack Midhage, was during his late years engaged in the development of equipments for retipping diamond core bits.
The sales of these are today conducted through a separate company, Midhage Diatip AB.
